How it works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

There are two types of Lab Projects: <\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. M31 proposed projects<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Students proposed projects<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
    <\/div>\n\n\n\n

    The first type includes all the projects proposed directly by M31, these projects aim to explore application fields collateral to the main activities of the company. These projects are well defined, pre approved and ready for students to join.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    <\/div>\n\n\n\n

    The second type of project, and maybe the most interesting one, includes the projects based on students ideas, that need to be expressed in a project proposal that M31 will evaluate. To help students craft a well-structured project proposal without feeling overwhelmed, M31 offers a guided and iterative development process. This approach involves creating the document in multiple phases, with each phase focusing on a specific section of the project. Feedback and guidance from mentors support each step.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    AI Project Assistant<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    The Intelligent Project Assistant is designed to support project management in M31, providing tools for advanced analysis of project data and assistance in creating technical and operational documentation. In addition to monitoring and interpreting information from different sources, the assistant will guide teams in drafting formal and operational documents, generating pre-structured templates and stubs for documents compliant with procedures (such as ISO9001 ones), as well as detailed technical documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    <\/div>\n\n\n\n

    This project aims to develop an intuitive web application with analysis and suggestions features, with automated documentation templates to increase efficiency and accuracy, integrating with already used tools such as Confluence and Jira. Expected outputs include data analysis dashboards, a notification system for reports, and a template generator for project documentation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
